Purchase Policy

• Purchase is possible for available items only
• All of our product’s prices are inclusive of VAT & TAX
• Prices may vary in physical stores and online due to promotions
• You may exchange your purchase for the same or a higher-priced product
• No claim will be entertained without a valid cash memo
• Altered purchases cannot be exchanged
• Discounted purchases are not eligible for exchange
• Repair/Replacement is at the discretion of the company

Return Policy

We do not currently offer returns or refunds — only exchanges are accepted.

30-Day Exchange Policy

Exchange Period

You have 30 DAYS TO EXCHANGE*. Item must be returned in its original condition.

*Goods must be unworn and in the original packaging with the invoice. Damaged boxes or shoes may not qualify.

Exchange during Sale Promotion

No exchanges will be processed during sale promotions. Requests will be handled after the sale ends.

Exchange for Promotional/Clearance/Discounted Products

These items are generally not eligible for exchange unless stated otherwise.

Exchange in Store

• You may exchange items at any AF Emporium store
• Check the Shops page to find your nearest store
• Steps:
  • Take the item to any AF store
  • You must have your original receipt

How long will the exchange take?

Exchange orders are sent within 14 working days after receiving the item, subject to availability. If you're in a hurry, place a new order and return the incorrect one later.

Faulty or Wrong Item

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, contact our team with your order number, name, address, and whether you'd prefer a refund or exchange. We'll arrange a pickup.

Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel is returned due to customer error, future orders may require advance payment.

Delivery Information

• Inside Dhaka: 3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 5 business days
• Delivery Fee: Free in all areas
• Orders after 1 PM are processed the next working day

We use third-party couriers. If damage occurs, we will compensate accordingly.
